Wondering if its possible to flash a phone from recovery mode? 
Samsung note 2 on cyanogenmod v11 to samsung stock rom
For eg
1/ save samsung stock rom on sd card
2/ boot phone into recovery mode
3/ select install and point to the sd card file location and install?

yes, its n7105, t0lte
Phones never make it easy to change the location of the download to SD. I'll use file mgr once downloaded.
from get.cm/?device=t0lte what about the column titled 'cyanogenmod recovery' ?

I gather gapps is independent of model and elsewhere on the site.
