hello fellow geeks, Id like some tech help please for a semi novice.

Ive had my Note 8 for a couple days now. I bought the Orchid Grey model with was only available via Spark - I am with Vodafone. This was the only colour I wanted so just went with it. But knew it was unlocked so would work on VF & it does.

Ive essentially followed this guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-ey2Qn_n0t4

and double checked a few things from this guide also Odin Recovery Software

Got stock firmware from sammobile https://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/SM-N950F/

But not been unsuccessful with getting rid of that full screen splash SPARK logo that shows when the phone restarts.

Im sure some will say, get over it, dont worry about it, suck it up.... But im not the only one that gets annoyed with this branding issue. Its a small niggle, but one id like to fix early on.

can anyone point me in the right direction?

Im OK with tech, well, enough to get by, but in this case, treat me as a noob, step by step so things are clear!

Ive searched & searched, some guides are lil confusing for me tbh.
