Hi there, anyone got a Bluetooth KB and Mouse that works with a Galaxy Tab 7.7, i am after one that uses the built in bluetooth not a usb dongle, want to save that for the HDMI out to the TV.
Yes, I've used the StowAway (a.k.a. iGo) folding keyboard and a Logitech one that is designed for an iPad, both work fine. I've used a Kensington BlueTooth mouse also, and that was successful.
A particularly annoying outcome is that the tab sets the soft kayboard back to the Samsung one when BlueTooth keyboard detected. It makes no sense to me that the soft keyboard has to be changed when using a BlueTooth keyboard?
I've got an MS Mouse that I'll test this afternoon (once I work out how to seof-reset my currently hung device)
Pretty much any HID capable bluetooth keyboard and mouse *should* work.
I have an iGo one as well, and the Logitech "For Android" one (Android equivalent to the iPad keyboard mentioned above, for whatever reason the Android one is hard to find in NZ). Sony and Motorola both make bluetooth keyboards for Android devices too (and the Moto one in particular can sometimes be picked up well cheap), and also the keyboard that comes in the Logitech MX5500 set up - all work with the 7.7.
Basically all of the HID-profile bearing bluetooth mice I've tried worked with the 7.7 too (the Logitech "For Android" one, Dell UN733, Logitech one that comes with the MX5500 wireless combo).
