HI,

I purchased parallel imported galaxy s3 16g and I'm new to android phone.
Everything is working fine but s voice. After some googling, I found out that
it often happens if it is unlocked or sim-free phone. Well, it is unlocked parallel imported product
and the suggested solution is to go to settings>more settings>Mobile networks>Access Point Names>then select XXX(service provider in my case vodafone nz) internet.
I followed the instruction and still get the same error message when I run s voice app.
Is there any more solutions to this problem?

Thanks.

Yes it is connected to WIFI.
I just changed to smart prepay, turned off Wifi and it seems s-voice is working perfectly on 3g.
Can't figure out why s-voice is giving me the error message when the phone is connected to wifi.

How many different wifi access points have you tried? If only one then maybe a particular port that s-voice needs is blocked on the wifi router
