Judging by this rather glowing review:

http://www.theregister.co.uk/2013/05/21/review_sony_xperia_sp_mid_range_android_smartphone/

and that you can actually buy it here:

This might just be the phone to get for a while, certainly beats any other Android I have seen at the price.

How do you think this compares with, say, the Nokia Lumia 720?

Opinions?

Didn't anybody tell you I was a hacker?

Amazing phone for the price. Nice to see a 'mid range' phone with a larger battery than most of the best from last year. Also great to see that Sony chose to go with a dual core snapdragon that has Adreno 320 in it as well.

Edit: I would say that this blows the Lumia 720 out of the water (and the 720 is a great phone). Much faster processor, double the RAM, higher resolution display and bigger battery.
