WATER RESISTANT. Smart, sleek and durable
Xperia Z is not just slim and sleek, at just 7.9 mm, with a reflective glass surface, it's also crafted to be sturdy and durable. Don't worry about getting it wet or dusty as it's water and dust resistant, with durable tempered glass on front and back with anti-shatter films. No smartphone is as durable as this one.

In compliance with IP55 and IP57, Xperia Z is protected against the ingress of dust and is water resistant

From that link answers one question, along with the water on the screen in the photo. Yes it has LTE support.

Pretty sure it'll be C6603, as majority are the C6603 4G version. The non-waterproof one is Xperia ZR, Xperia ZL has a 720p screen and Xperia Z Ultra is the massive one. However if your considering a Xperia Z then the Xperia Z1 may be worth taking a look at. I had a Xperia Z briefly but the flaps are rather annoying if you like to use the headphone jack as I could never tell if they were secure whereas Xperia Z1 just has a waterproofed headphone jack. Also the other thing which bothered me about the Xperia Z was it got very hot during load, hot enough that I would rather not hold it but other then that was a very nice phone.
