Since I upgraded my gs4 to 4.3 I keep getting a popup saying "Security information. an application attempted to access system on your device without authorization. This attempt has been blocked. Deleting applications obtained from unauthorized sources may improve security.

All of my apps are legit ones and all paid for

It gives me the option of cancel or view apps , tapping view apps just lists all the apps on my phone and not the one that is supposed to have caused the security problem.

I have not installed knox (i think its called) that came in 4.3.

Anybody else having this or know anything about it at all ??

It's been happening on the Note 3 for a week or so, but wasn't initially. There are a number of threads around the web speculating over the cause, but last time I checked no one had been able to say for sure why this has started happening.

You should have a tickbox for "Don't show for 30 days" or something. As I understand it from a variety of XDA threads it's something to do with the way a variety of non-stock apps access permissions, and this is expected to be addressed in a future update, or a factory reset should fix it now if you want to go down that path. Otherwise, tick the box, click view apps, and it shouldn't come back for a month.

I'm getting it on my S4 also, but it happened before I installed apps. It'll be fixed soon from what I've read online but a minor annoyance since you've got that magical tickbox saying "Leave me the hell alone for 30 days"

Cheers for the reply guys , I did not initally tick the 30 day option until I found out what it was all about. Looks like it will be a wait until they roll out a fix at some stage.

Pops up whenever WiFi reconnects and also whenever it wants to. Also haven't ticked the 30 day option. Hitting the Clear button on the notification bar gets rid of it for a while also.
