Hi there

can somebody please explain what the difference between these two phones is:

Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini LTE GT-i9195 8GB for $405 and
Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini GT-i9190 8GB for $369?

i can't figure it out..... :/

And will they work with Skinny pre-pay?

Hi The biggest difference between the I9190 and the I9195 is the I9190 does not have 4G or NFC where as the I9195 does. I believe the are Quadband 3G so should work okay on skinny
