Has anyone else got one? I have a few overseas trips coming up so just changed my Z3 Compact for a Z3 Dual.

I am traditionally a big phone fan but was quite liking the small form factor of the Z3 Compact. It is nice to be back on a bigger screen.

It is great to be able to get a dual SIM device that is still top (identical) spec to non-dual variants.

I have just updated my unbranded Sony Australia D5833 Z3 Compact to 23.1.A.0.726 which is 5.0.2. I'm impressed by the initial visual impressions, can't wait for it to hit the Z3 Dual.

SAw this handset on Scott's hands last week and really impressed with the screen and finish. The glass back is really beautiful stuff...

Identical to the Z3 standard, I'm really sold on the Sony build quality & materials and their reasonably untouched Android UI.

Is it 4G dual sim, i.e. can run two 4G sims simultaneously?

Nah, either SIM can run 4G but the other is forced to GSM. Not ideal for everyone but fine for my needs.

Thanks. So I guess it will basically throw a Spark or Skinny sim off the network if the alternate sim was using 4G.

All Xperia Z devices have 2 pins on the side, that docks and charge covers connect to.

Much easier way to charge than having to open the waterproof USB cover.

Google "xperia magnetic cable"
