Hi there,

Can anyone out there help? I'm trying to stop my ZTE from going to a black/blank screen everytime I make an outgoing call. I've cleared the cache already which fixed the problem for incoming calls but not outgoing.

Would it be worth trying to put new firmware on the phone? If so, any ideas where to find it?

Cheers

It'll likely be the proximity sensor at the top of the phone detecting something in front of it or being faulty. Software won't fix it if it is a hardware fault.

You could try factory resetting your phone but I don't think it'll do much.
