I forced this to appear on my Nougat Sony Xz by changing the main language to US English.

It worked. For about two seconds. Then it said it wasn't available for this account and that it requires "activity controls that your administrator has limited on this account" and suggested I speak to The Administrator.

That's me AFAIK. I followed some instructions to enable it in the Admin panel and it refused saying it wasn't converted by G Suite user agreements or some such.

Anyone more technical than me know what's going on?
