Anyone else had this pushed out yet? Mine is installing as I write...I hope everything still works. I didn't like going from 6 to 7...hopefully 8 is an improvement...

my work mobile is a A3 2017 and it upgraded on Thursday, no problems thus far, I see everything also looks pretty much the same which is kinda dissapointing.

Okay my update is done. Just going through my apps. One useful thing I noticed is Onedrive, Google Drive etc can all be accessed from the Files app now, which is kinda handy.

Is Microsoft One Note meant to be installed? I can't see it now.

Interesting update. A few changes but no great shakes, would be my assessment.

Since doing the update my weather widget is now not refreshing every hour like it used to before. Anyone else had this?

Okay, I've wiped my phone cache as someone suggested to me. Let's see if this fixes the weather widget...

I would try clearing data and/or uninstalling updates from the weather app and weather widget app specifically before the nuclear option.

It's a widget, not an app if that makes any difference?

All widgets are apps or part of apps.

Samsung's weather system is two apps, both of which can be independently updated from Galaxy Apps (and sometimes Google Play).

Jump into settings/apps, view all, make sure 'show system apps' is enabled, clear data from them. Also check for updates in Galaxy Apps.

This is the Accuweather widget. I went into the one called "Weather" and it looks right, but there's no "Clear Data" setting that I can see.

Should be under 'storage' from within the app info screen for the app in question. Settings/Apps/[App you're looking for]/Storage/Clear Data. Exact steps may vary depending on how much more difficult Samsung felt it necessary to make this process.

Still not updating - would uninstalling and reinstalling it help maybe?
