Awesome, simple copy and paste links into the software to create your own weird apps or soundboards

Few days old, some how I missed it last week :(

Just have in mind you have to apply and there's no guarantees you will be accepted. Also it seems they are giving preference to educators and students at the moment.

It actually has been released to general public, only the form is misleading.

I will give it a try, if accepted.

Hmmm, just what I am looking for, there is a wee app that I want that would be very useful for me.

Working in buildings in Welly city every day parking is an issue, and I normally use txt a park, that way all my parking fees appear in my business phone account so makes life easy (ie dont need to keep the ticket for a recipt, instead the spent tickets just clutter the floor).

However I find it a pain to open the message app, find the last thread to 7275, then the real pain is by default the querty keyboard comes up and I have to faf around to get the numerics up, then I am left on with just the little numbers at the top to input the code into.

So a simple app that just pulls up a dialog box with a large numeric pad and a done button and a large entry screen to show what I am entering bang press the done button and it looks after sending a txt to 7275.

I think I will be looking at giving this ago.

Cheers
Cyril

Yeah the form is very misleading, looking forward to hopefully being offered a part in it. Want to do a few Android apps for the growing number of phones here on Campus, have already seen an influx of Android devices connecting to our wireless. And in our office, up from 0 android phones last month to 7 this month...working on converting the rest of the iPhone lovers here

This is an interesting move by Google. It has got me making comparisons with the old Apple/Microsoft battle in the 80's when Apple retained control of its operating system and Microsoft licensed all in sundry to use DOS.

Now Apple retains control over the Iphone/Itouch/Ipad applications including platforms that can be used to develop apps for them, while Google does the opposite and now even empowers plebs like me to have a go.

I wonder if history is going to repeat. Either way it is going to be fascinating to watch.

I received confirmation that my application was accepted... But the LG GW620 I have here is not listed and doesn't have the drivers needed to plug it.

What a piece of low quality support hardware, LG...
