Hi all received my new Telecom XT Milestone on Thursday and so far it has been awesome minus a couple of issues

1) When powering on i get the Emergency Calls only displayed but another restart fixes the issue and it connects fine. Could this be a Motorola or Android version glitch? (everything is updated)

2) Trying to access Your Telecom on the portal i am getting a log-in page. I enter my number and ask for a new password then get a "this service is temporally unavailable page". I changed to the 50mb data plan and need to see if the change has actually occurred after 2 attempts and the lovely Telecom customer service person hopefully sorting it for me after she said the first attempt was not processed for some reason.

The old 6120c displayed the Your Telecom info straight up hence my confusion

Thanks all in advance any info is greatly appreciated

Hi

1) I've seen that on the odd occasion, but 99% of the time it works as expected for me.

2) Try adding these proxy settings to your APN, it should allow access to Your Telecom without entering a username and password.

Settings > Wireless & networks > Mobile networks > Access Point Names >

Proxy: 210.55.11.73
Port: 80
