Hi there. I turned my Google Nexus One phone off when I went to sleep last night when I was laying in bed. When you turn it off it vibrates to let you know its off, but I pressed the Power button to check if it was still on or if it turned off. It turned off and it started booting up as normal, no biggie I Thought ill just wait till it starts up again and turn it off.
When the phone was on its boot animation it kept loading as normal (for about 8 seconds) then stopping for 1-2 seconds and starting back from the beginning of the boot animation again. This kept going round and round in circles for about a minute when I decided just to take the battery out, go to sleep and I thought everything would be OK this morning.
When I put the battery back in and started it up again the exact same thing happened. My Nexus One is stuck on the boot animation and it wont change from that.
My phone is not rooted, I have never done anything "Techy" to it. Just simply used it as a phone, only installed apps from the Android Market Place. I have not done anything different to it than what I normally would. I have not dropped it, nothing at all this all just came out of the blue.
Is my phone bricked? If yes how do I fix it? If its not bricked what is wrong with it and how do I fix it?
Its running 2.2
Thanks for all the help, greatly appreciated :)
