Hiya, one of the apps is not available on Nokia, only on iOS or Androis is coming up ....

I also travel freq overseas, a few night in each country and move on ... so prepaid simcards locally not an option, nor is internationally roaming ....

Nokia is good for that apart from the other apps available to them ....

Re: Androids.  I don't need turn by turn navigation.  But is it possible to use near free software to download whole cities or country maps onto the phone with my ADSL connection or WIFI connection?  Also does it incl the POIs like ATMs, train stations, banks, shopping areas, tourist attractions, restaurants, hotels?

Cheers.

Edit.  I thought I could put it on my Voda which is my 2nd phone to my 2D (Nokia).
