Anyone have any suggestions on the best app to install other apps from their apk files?

I use the std file manager, another way is to email the apk, then it gives you an install option form within the email itself

I have just put file in dropbox and download it on phone, then install using default app. Seems to work fine although you may need to enable installing of non market apps.

Try Vultr using this link and get us both some credit:

Yep seems any old file browser will do. Grabbed Es File Explorer as I've read Astro has ads. Useful app to have in general.
