Anyone know of alternatives to Android Market for their Android Apps?  I prefer to download application .apk files onto my PC and then copy them to my Android device via USB direct connect.  The reason?  Well Internet bandwidth on my PC is 25 times less expensive - $40 per month for 10 GB versus $10 per 100 MB via 3G.

You could just use wifi at home or go and buy a Big Mac and use McDonalds wifi. You must be downloading a lot of apps!

My views (except when I am looking out their windows) are not those of my employer.
