heavenlywild: The link to the Xoom is now down.

It's back up now, and seems to be running Android 3.0 (US models are up to 3.2).

I believe it's only the WiFi-only units that are currently getting the 3.2 update, which has only started being pushed out in the last couple of days anyway. The European version, which is probably the one we're getting is still waiting for 3.1 over in the UK.

If they're running on Telecom's 850 band then they won't be European versions..

BHphotovideo have the Xoom running 3.1 for about 650$ NZ delivered + GST.

Bit of a saving! Sure, have to send it to the USA in case it goes wrong, but meh, I think you'd be fine 99% of the time.

Though I'm not sure if its the sim -card -able model, not too sure about the xoom.

It's the wifi only version you are looking at there whereas the XT version is 3G and wifi.
