not looking for a site that gives out pay apps i need a site with 100% free apps as the app store is not on my phone i downloaded a copy of it but its not able to be installed on my phone

There's no FREE app site. You could try going to appbrain.com and using that. Otherwise Getjar. Goodluck.

You could try SlideMe http://slideme.org/ an alternative market with free and paid applications.

If you're able to, root your phone and then flash a gapps package from http://goo-inside.me/gapps/

That'll give you the market.

Otherwise, you should be able to install the android SDK from http://developer.android.com/sdk/ and then install the platform-tools and use 'adb push Vending.apk /system/app/Vending.apk' to force it onto the device.

there are actually quite a few ;) - freeware not paid apps

http://www.freewarelovers.com/android - is the best though
