Hi,

A friend of mine just got this phone, he has it set up for wifi at home. When he tries to download apps from the app store, they get add to the download list, but then they just sit in the list saying downloading but nothing happens. I suggest he disable the firewall on his router to see if it was block some port, but that didnt help.
 Any suggestions?
