So there are a metric TON of devices on the way at MWC this year, and theres not long to go!

I'm looking forward to what HTC and Sony are putting out, but being on the look out for a new device, anything is catching my interest at this stage.

I want something that has the following:

4.3" IPS 720P Screen (is AMOLED+ an option with this combination of technology)
Unlocked Bootloader
1.5Ghz Processor
1GB Memory
Android ICS
Lightweight (Happy to compromise here for the next requirement).
Big battery

I think one of the hot topics will be the push for RCS/RCS-e - a products that's far too late to the market and will flop when carriers try and adopt it to their ecosystem.

I am a little disappointed that SGS3 isn't going to be announced at the event. In any case I am sure the specs will be worth waiting for.

I'm interested to see what 3D-capable devices come out....especially tablets.

Mobile phones are leaving the camera world for dead where 3D is concerned.

Nokia Lumia 900 coming to NZ soon would be cool. Go on Nokia, do it!

engadget has the best coverage of CES and MWC I have been aware of, otherwise phonedog, phonearena or some of those specialist phone sites are also ok.

They almost certainly will not stream it live if prior years are an indication. MWC is primarily an industry event not intended for general consumers. Same with CES.

Seems that Nokia would have to announce a 900 without 4G/LTE first.... :)

Samsung has an announcement on 15/03 for their 2012 line up, I am hoping that is when they will announce the SGS3, fingers crossed.

They (Samsung) seem to have announced a Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) and the Beam - a pico projector phone in the lead up to MWC 2012 (source: engadget).

I'm after a replacement to the HTC Desire Z..
The only current gen qwerty slider is the droid 4 and it doesn't have a replacement battery and the screen is a bit crap, apparently!
(And it's also motorola, which means it won't be getting CM anytime soon)
