The New York Times - Highlights of Robert Mueller’s Testimony to Congress

The subheadings say it all:

Mueller says Trump was “generally” untruthful and incomplete in his written answers
Mueller has dire warnings about foreign interference in American campaigns.
Mueller showed a rare flash of indignation regarding WikiLeaks.
Mueller corrected the record on indicting Trump. “What I wanted to clarify is the fact that we did not make any determination with regard to culpability in any way.”
A reluctant Mueller reiterated that Trump “was not exculpated.”*
Mueller’s halting performance frustrates both parties.
Republicans and Trump’s inner circle have taken aim at Mueller.
The Democrats seeking the White House press for impeachment.

* I wonder how many Trump supporters know what "exculpated.” means?

These tests are not allowed or accepted by the US, so the US is toothless and says it's wrong then goes quiet

It's less that they're toothless and more that they are deliberately not rising to the bait in any meaningful way. These missiles are not new and experimental - the last lot were eventually identified as Scud variants which are decades old, so firing them is simply a case of drilling their soldiers (just like the Americans and South Koreans do) with a bonus side order of pissing off Washington.

We spent substantial time ensuring the integrity of the report, understanding it would be living, a message to those who come after us," Mueller said. "But it is also signal, a flag, to those of us who have some responsibility in this area, to exercise those responsibilities swiftly and don't let this problem continue to linger as it has over some of the years

While he used very guarded language throughout most of his testimony and statements this is a clear call for congress to actually do their job and take action.

His life is over. He will never be released, no matter how much money he throws around. Even Trump is unlikely to pardon him, though nothing is beneath him. But there are no obvious benefits to anyone in a position to do anything sufficient to warrant the avalanche of criticism, bad publicity and legal actions that would follow such a move. Epstein has become a toxic presence. No-one is going to want to be associated with him. Maybe he can pay a drug lord enough to bust him out, but that is unlikely. He probably has a clear view of his prospects, and sees death as his least worst option.

The US media really appears to be shirking on its duty, and will play a large part in a possible Trump re-election.

Here are some things that we learnt from Mueller's testimony yesterday (sourced from here). They seem reasonably electrifying to me

- A vast Trump-Russia counterintelligence probe is ongoing

- Federal law enforcement can't confirm Trump isn't compromised by Russia

- There is substantial evidence Trump aided and abetted computer crimes.

- There is substantial evidence Trump committed a federal felony by making false statements to law enforcement

- Mueller said Trump could be charged with obstruction post-presidency, and would have been charged if not for an OLC ruling

- Mueller only chose not to interview Trump face to face because he adjudged he had enough evidence of "corrupt intent" on obstruction

- Trump witnesses impeded the Mueller investigation

- Trump's campaign manager spent the whole campaign expecting to receive financial compensation from the Kremlin for his stewardship of Trump

- Mueller believes Trump and his aides opened themselves up to Kremlin blackmail
