Hi all,

Anyone else having issues today? Forced upgrade of the app never completes - was also forced to upgrade on Android tablet and this worked OK.

No dice on Firestick 4K, spins forever and never finishes....

Tried uninstalling and re-installing, same result. Also updated Firestick, same issue, other apps all fine.

Same boat. Purchased the fire stick specifically to get Three Now a few weeks ago.

Now it won’t upgrade and cannot watch. 🙄

These apps are really starting to annoy me . I am having similar issues withe TVNZ app but also have a firestick with the tv3 on it which I haven't yet updated. I wish freeview hadn't removed the ondemand feature from the freeview app and made it available for everyone to install.

Spoke to Amazon support. They have advised the update seems to not be compatible with the Firestick and to report the issue to Three Now.

Off to Twitter to complain 😅

I sent an email to nz_feedback@discovery.com which is the address listed on the threenow website for support....

Yep - The more that contact them (email/social media) the better.

Always amazes me when people have problems (potholes, services, technology) and just complain about it without letting the service provider know.

Fortunately on GZ, many businesses do monitor threads that concern their businesses - wouldnt really expect TV3 to be looking on here though....

What silo do broadcast geeks hang out in then? Geekzone seems to have most other industries represented even chimney sweeping 😀

Yep stopped working for me afternoon of 10 August. I have emailed ThreeNow so hopefully the more of us that contact the, the sooner they get on and fix it.

I got an acknowledgement of the email I sent to the email address above.

It said the issue is with the development team. But no ETA as yet.

Hi,

I also got the acknowledgement email yesterday morning: "We hope to have a fix soon, but cannot provide a specific estimate at this time."

Any one got any alternative options with a way to stream Three Now on Firestick without the app?
