JBAU have added The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes [AU$44.98] SteelBook Edition to their Pre-order page. Due for release on February 14th.

I expect that it will be the one shown on Post #3172615

I stated in my Wonka SteelBook artwork post #3172617 that there was no news on an Australia/NZ release, but of course the SteelBook option had already been added to the JBAU Pre-order page.

Also added is Silent Night [AU$39.98], a John Woo action/revenge film due for release on February 14th.

Don't know what JBNZ are up to, but it isn't much 😁 Expendables 4 was due to be released today (20th) along with the Expendables Explosive 4-Film Collection. The 4-Film Collection is available to purchase, but Expendables 4 has disappeared from the website. Its available in Blu-ray and DVD formats, but the 4K Edition has gone. Also, Talk to Me has been pushed back yet AGAIN to December 27th

Welcome to the Weekly NEW ZEALAND 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray Release Schedule for Thursday December 21st

With Talk to Me being pushed back a week once again, we only have Blue Beetle in Standard and SteelBook Editions, plus The Expendables: Explosive 4-Film Collection released this week. Expendables 4 has been withdrawn and I don't know if it will be back. So, we have our final releases before Christmas. Lots of films to look forward to next year, although we may have to take advantage of Amazon to get our hands on some of them. Merry Christmas to all and have a great New Year!

Glad to see you picked up Robocop for a great deal, Movieman 👍

I placed an order wth Rarewares, for Robocop, An American Werewolf in London and Goonies. Goonies was a great deal at NZD$22 but the others were OTT. I received a new registration voucher of 5GBP and shipping was also reasonable - on a par with JB AU.

Wasn’t previously aware until recently, that outlets restock titles without notice, but am now keeping an eye out for this.

I got an email from Arrow Video to say that they were sorry that they hadn't shipped Robocop and True Romance and when I checked on their website later, they were no longer available. The very same day, I got another email stating that my order had shipped 😁.When I was deciding on my order, I almost bought Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves which was £15 the same as the other two, but I decided against it. When I logged in again, it had gone back to £25 🙄.

I am registered with Rarewaves, but I haven't bought anything from them yet. Maybe I should take a look. I'll make a new post advising members of Rarewaves who seem to be a decent alternative to Zavvi and HMV who don't ship outside of Europe anymore.

RAREWAVES UK Physical Media online store and they ship to NZ.

I recently registered with Rarewaves UK who, among other things, ship Vinyl, Books and 4K Ultra HD physical media worldwide. I haven't placed an order yet, but they are a good source for 4K Ultra HD releases that are not available here. Members report that their after sales service is very good and the few orders that have "gone missing" have been re-sent with the minimum of fuss. Some arriving before or after the replacement 😁.

If anyone is interested in importing from Rarewaves, I advise you to read their Delivery section before placing an order. Shipping is £6.40 per order and I don't think that they include GST or customs fees. (I may be wrong).
