Hello guys -

Returned to NZ finally, and brought Bose SoundTouch home theatre system from Canada. I purchased it in March - and only plugged in for the first time this week. Unfortunately - it worked well for the first 4 days and now the subwoofer cannot be paired which according to online search is a common problem. I am in Wellington now as opposed to Auckland, and I wondered if anyone had Bose products repaired under warranty and how it works...?

Thanks!

I recently had my Bose radio repaired in Wellington - about 20 years old so not under warranty however they sent it to Auckland - took a $99 deposit and the repair cost $299 - they said they replaced a transistor - took about 3 weeks all up. Associated Audio Customhouse Quay. Was happy with service and to get it repaired.

Thanks Morris - I was living in Canada for a year and only decided to purchase it as it provided international warranty so that's good to know. I hope I won't need to pay for it to get it fixed... to be honest little disappointed as I have had Bose products with no problems in the past!

I wil call Bose tomorrow.

Wellingtonians are fantastic! ;)
