It would be a factor if like Chorus, Spark had sign written vans.

Sideface:
Bung: If they want to stay unique they'd better talk sternly to Spark Telecom in Lucknow India who seem to be using the same Logo.

From their website:
"Spark Telecom is a was incorporated in the year Nov.2013. The company was formed with a view to provide technology support to the small and medium enterprises.
We also offer the Trainning (sic) and Placement Service, Outsource manpower management and Summer Internship Program in Telecom domain ."

I've missed something - where is the offending logo?

Also why is an Indian Telecom company so full of white people? where are all the indians in call centres ready to take my call?

They're in Pakistan - India out-sourced the work. ;-)

The white faces on the website made me wonder if we have gone full circle and Nzs exchange rate and pay rates are such the indians are now hiring us.

BTW - bangladesh - not pakistan - they are even cheaper and getting a lot of the scut programming overflow from india now.

Where ever they're located could Telecom please lay a new telephone line to their call centre because 9/10 I can understand the person on the other end with a strong accent but the line quality royally sucks - outsourcing is a fact of life but how about getting it done in a country whose telephone network doesn't consist of tin cans at either end with some twine in between.

Just be thankful you get past the idiotic automatic voice NON-recognition system they use these days. :-(

Meh, I just scream down the phone till it eventually puts me onto the operator - good way to vent frustration after a day at work.

All I want to see is the internet TV service, everything else is just re-skinning the company.
