I have been reading back through this thread but as I don't really understand how all this works I can't really grasp whether this is a problem that is going to be fixed or whether I should give up and change plans, can someone quickly explain it to me in layman's terms?!?
I wish we could but the information we have received from Telecom is mixed and confusing. There was information about a hardware fault in the global gateway (the link from NZ to overseas that Telecom runs) but others have said it isn't that. Telecom haven't really said much.
So sorry I couldn't help me but there seems to be no concrete answer. It has been MUCH better for me in the past few days and I think that is a common consensus amongst most users, but some are still having issues.
I just tried TVNZ on demand and it was fine for me, but for others it is still an issue.
