Are any of you guys experiencing the same issue?
Called Telecom 3 times since June and our usage is still stuck at 0MB (unlimited pretty much).
I've just logged a fault report with them so I'll see what happens.
Apologies if this has been asked before.

Yes, the fix for it is in the pipeline. Most customers would have received letters advising of the status of this when we didn't turn on usage at the end of last year.

Everyone with a Tivo will receive further communications before the usage is turned back on. In the meantime, enjoy the unlimited Broadband!
