I have a Technicolor TG589vn v2 which was provided by Spark when my VDSL connection was set up. Everything seems to work fine on the wired LAN, but using a Windows 7 laptop on wireless I am getting disconnected at exactly hourly intervals.

The disconnections seem to occur at the same time past-the-hour as the end of the DHCP lease, but the lease lasts 24 hours and the disconnections are every hour.

Has anyone seen this problem before? Any ideas how I might fix it?

This problem now seems to be solved.

It was being caused by the router's "Automatic Channel Selection" feature. Setting "Channel Selection" to "Manual" (and disabling "Power Reduction") has stopped the disconnections.

Thanks for your help.
