Hi All,

A Question to validate my assumption before I go around asking Spark. I have searched here as well :)

I am signed up for Voip Landline with Spark (I am on Fibre) and the calling feature pack - Talker

The next upgrade is calling feature pack - Connector

The feature as part of this pack I am interested is the Simultaneous Ring (which I pasted below on what that feature is).

It says - Any calls answered on non-Spark mobiles will have normal call charges applied.

My assumption - Does it mean if I have a Spark Mobile (or Skinny) I won't be charged on my landline when I answer a Landline Simultaneous Ring?

Simultaneous Ring
Simultaneous Ring means incoming calls ring on your Wireless Landline phone number and up to 5 other numbers
(including mobiles) at the same time. This way you’ll never miss a call. The first phone to be answered will be
the one connected.
You can select an option not to ring the additional numbers if you are already on the phone.
You can activate the Simultaneous Ring feature via MySpark.
Note: The Simultaneous Ring numbers you select must be NZ numbers (inc. mobiles).
Any calls answered on non-Spark mobiles will have normal call charges applied.
For business customers, the call charges for Simultaneous Ring will be based on the number where the call is
answered and your call plan.

A Spark mobile is one which is billed directly by Spark (in the case of postpaid connections), or is topped up via the Spark prepay top up system.

For the purposes of this situation, Skinny is a separate business to Spark and therefore is an alternate provider.

So in the case of Simultaneous Ringing, only calls answered by a Spark on account or Spark prepaid mobile are free. Calls answered by a mobile with service provided by any other provider (including Skinny) would be chargeable.
