I know that you are trying to regain your customer to the spark broadband network, I received a phone call this morning saying that i will receive a credit of $20 for 12 months and I also get 100 minutes for any mobile calling/national number calling for 12 months for the VDSL broadband if I accept this offer over the phone...
Actually it is quite tempting.
However I don't have sufficient information whether this phone call is from your company, so I have say to her that I am still on contract with my current broadband provider, but do contact us again if you have some more deal in the coming month and I will reconsider it.
she just hang up without saying a word and thank you for allow her to talk to me about this deal.
I found it quite rude of her to do it like that.
Is it true that you are doing this deal over the phone to lure customer back to your network?
