Does anyone have some advice for me?
My 80yr old mother in law contacted me asking how to stop a contract prior to installation which is happening about the 9th
She had a door to door salesman convince her to buy a sky package deal with fibre (I think within the last 2 weeks)
She has an existing sky package and does not require internet (however was convinced by another family member)
The problem lays in the fact that she currently has a sky recorder (and sky contract) and does not wish to change to the lesser function vodafone box.
She is not tech savy and does not adapt to change well.
As a result, she is quite distraught.
