@sansom ...for comparison:  Watched 'live' TV last night (One News and other stuff), then went to Rewind for Colbert, 7 days and Standup Skit show.

Absolutely no problems at all, including using the 'skip forward' feature to avoid adverts.

As previously reported here, my VTV device hasn't caused any concerns since installing March 24th this year.

Happy to provide Serial Number etc if it identifies maybe a bad manufacturing run?

Tv1 , almost unwatchable past 10 minutes also. 8:40pm to 8:50pm Friday evening.

Micro freezes every few seconds. Tried to rewind and re watch but seems the content is missing also.

Will try to re watch using TVNZ on demand

Watching Sky Sports 4 since 8pm and have had to to the channel dance 6 times due to pausing > stuttering and then frame loss.

Really considering moving back to Sky Decoder...VTV has turned to crap unfortunately.

For the last week mine comes up with the error that it won't connect to the internet, and so doesn't work. Even youtube and netflix won't play. Am using wifi. Sometimes if I unplug it and reboot it, it will eventually reconnect again, but more often than not it won't. Nothing else is having trouble with wifi, and it is close to the wifi access point. So I am not sure if there is a fault with it, or if it is a bug. Hope my unit is'n't heading teh way of the smart-vu where I had to end up returning it due to it being unusable.

Did a VF TV reset then locked to 1080p rather than 4k, and seems to be fine. Picture now smoother too when panning larger nature scenes. Haven't noticed any pauses yet, but will keep an eye on it.

Non WiFi model connected to 1yr old Samsung 4k TV.

I was on the verge of throwing this thing out but now looks promising.

Just Sparks normal fibre modem less than a year old. Wifi works fine normally and not that many devices connected to wifi, as most things hardwared via ethernet.. I would connect this to ethernet too, but it isn't near a an ethernet jack.

How can I watch a program on the second monitor of my PC (as is easily possible with SkyGo) ?

I've tried playing it on my phone and using screen mirroring but it seems to detect screen mirroring being active and refuse to play.

It could be that you are running out of or have run out of the maximum number of DHCP devices supported over time by the router which is 32. Resetting the router may help.

Can only watch on TV’s with Vodafone TV set top box plugged in, or devices that can download the Vodafone TV application.

No web browser support or casting to third party products like Sky Go.

TL;DR you can’t.
Has to do with the content rights restrictions placed on the content by the content providers eg. sky, TVNZ, media works etc

I havn't tried it but you might be able to run the Vodafone app in a PC android emulator , then drag the screen to your second display?
