We've had no Internet for the past hour.

This is the least busy week I was supposed to have in months, and then this happens. :(

Wondering if it's an account issue or what. Anyone else that's waiting on gigabit having problems?

It's been about two hours, and the connection is still down with no signs of lief. :( What gives?

Using my desktop off of mobile now, and also booted into Windows. Hopefully windows doesn't suck up all my mobile data. sigh

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

@Kodiack If the connection went offline on midnight or around this time then I suspect planned work, Generally any major planned work is done between midnight to 4am

Mine also went off at midnight. Still off now. Have called up and apparently my account has been switched over already in preparation for the Monday install.
So I have no internet for the weekend.
Not impressed by that at all. That was never mentioned, and if it had been I'd have said that was completely unacceptable.
So now I can't do any of the things I needed to do online over the weekend.
Seriously disappointed by this.

A massive stuff up is what's going on. And no ability to fix it because their "provisioning team doesn't work weekends". I pointed out they likely don't work at midnight either do it was obviously scheduled to switch, why couldn't they have done it on Sunday at 4am?

So I'm now without the ability to play most of my playstation games, unable to get YouTube on a reasonable size screen to make some pace notes for tomorrow's race, and have a wasted subscription to WRC+ meaning I won't be able to track Hayden Paddon over the weekend.
And all Vodafone can do is say "sorry".

Sorry doesn't fix the problem or prevent it happening again.

@Linux first thing I do when it goes off. Restart everything from the wall to the devices.
Even the TV is out due to the same reprovisioning.
