I am all for slagging an ISP when they make silly decisions or under perform consistently, but give vodafone a chance to investigate.
If the issue is not resolved in a few days (once formal ticket lodged), then start jumping up and down.

Mattmannz: For the last couple of weeks I have been experiencing peak time congestion in Kapiti. I run a lot of Netflix and HD YouTube and get a lot of stuttering and buffering.
Speed test to a Vodafone server is good but international is poor. On the 100mbit unlimited plan.
mattbush: Please run speed test below and if its less than 80% in peak time put in a ticket.
