My parents just switched from one the old TCL Cable plans to a Vodafone UFB Cable plan as well as Vodafone TV.

Everything working well except that one channel, Sky Sports 5 doesn't seem to be working. It either comes up with a blank screen or displays a "Service Unavailable" message after a few seconds. Any ideas on why this might be? I've tried to power down the unit but it didn't make any difference. All other channels work fine.
