I'm a Sky with Vodafone customer with a MySky box, I'm allergic to ringing call centres due to wait times etc and would love to be able to remove a subscribed channel without having to be inconvenienced by ring them. The Vodafone website says I can use my remote control to remove them and refers you to sky's website to find out how. I can't find any instructions on this at Sky. I have put the question to both Sky and Vodafone, Sky referred me to VF as I am their customer, VF no reply to my question at all except an acknowledgement they have received it on 6th March

Anyone know if or how you can do this with the Sky Remote?
