Is this the standard Vodafone response for copper retirement? Thought there was a 6 month notice and fibre had to be available in area first ?

I'm quite happy on my current 70/12Mbit VDSL service for $63 per month from Vodafone and no intention of changing to wireless, considering fibre is available in Dec 2021.

Sounds like a customer grab away from Chorus.
