Has Vodafone changed their billing system or something lately, as my bill has always been due about 15-18 of the month, last and this month due by date is 8th of the month?? (on cable in CHC)

Any reason for this 7-10 day earlier pay by due date than it use to be?

There haven't been any changes to the billing system to the best of my knowledge (And certainly should never be without communication to customers). There can sometimes be differences in due date thanks to the way the billing system works, though - it's a bit complicated!

You'll have a set billing date each month that your usage resets on, and so forth. The statements generate on the first Thursday after the billing date, are dated & posted on the Friday, and are due fifteen days after that. If your billing date falls on, for example, a Saturday, the statement won't generate until the following Thursday. We'll need to take a look at your account to see what's caused this, if you wouldn't mind emailing your account number & best daytime contact number to us at onlinecare@vodafone.co.nz, the team will jump on it first thing Monday. :)

No changes that would affect a bill cycle date

My VF account randomly deleted the debit card I had set up for automatic payments so that the latest bill ran past due!

Really? That shouldn't happen (obviously) DM me if you want and I'll get the guys to check to see if anything odd occurred.
