Hi,

whenever I go to the epg now, it says No Information available or words to that effect, it always used to be up to date with listings for the week ahead. Also, on the Banner EPG, it only lists the current program playing and the one that is on next. Anyone know whether this is unique to my box or a Telstra wide issue?

Try turning your modem and decoder off at the power. Wait 10 few seconds and then turn the modem on, wait another 30 seconds and then turn the decoder on. This should hopefully fix things.

It seems they have changed the web address for it. The link I had bookmarked doesn't work anymore either. If you go to the telstraclear website and click on tools you should be able to find it.

Cheers.

[EDIT] Sorry, I thought you were accessing it through a web browser.... In the future I must RTFQ.... As a side note it seems they have changed the epg link on the website.

My views (except when I am looking out their windows) are not those of my employer.

There is a planned outage but I thought it wasn't supposed to happen until tonight at 10pm. I don't have access to my email account at present but I recall being sent a notification from Telstra about this.
