For the third time this month i've received an email from Vodafone saying that there is a problem with my account and that the on account discount has been removed...

I thought i'd sorted it last time, after about an hour in phone calls, but it appears not.

Aside from trying to get VDSL connected, which has happened as of yesterday, we have changed nothing on our end.

I can't tell if it's something on my account, or something on the website, as I get an error when I try and input the verification code online. It's the same error every time, and i've tried the code many times with no change.

Last time, the guy I spoke with had to add the discount manually, and that seemed to work, but he couldn't add the discount automatically either.

Can someone enlighten me as to whether it's something to do with moving to VDSL or something weird with my account?

For what it matters, the mobile plan and account are in my partners name, but I am authorised to change the plan but obviously don't always have access to the phone.
