Can anyone try to access the following Matrox website please?
* www.matrox.com

The IP address is 138.11.2.65.

I can't connect to it at all.

I'm able to access on a different (VPN) network, but not through VF for some reason (?)

Hey there,

Could you please post a traceroute and nslookup to that IP so I can raise it with the networks team?

EDIT: Working fine here at work on fibre FWIW.

I can't open it, from our VF business fibre, but is fine form Spark Fibre.

Hi,

PM sent.

DNS doesn't resolve matrox.com - times out, when using VF DNS:
203.97.78.43
203.97.78.44

However, works with OpenDNS:
208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220

..and Google:
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4

However, I wouldn't have thought it was a DNS issue if using the IP anyway (?)

Thanks for the traceroutes. Have raised this with the networks team, and a ticket has been lodged to investigate and resolve the issue. Master ticket is T10509814.
