Trying to get unlock code for Vodafone mobile:

1st attempt: website application stalls on submit button.
2nd attempt: visit local Vodafone store, they were unable to access unlock page, suggested I phone helpline.
3rd attempt: gave up waiting on helpline and the atrocious music.
4th attempt: website application stalls on submit button.
5th attempt: gave up waiting on helpline and the atrocious music.
6th attempt: website application stalls on submit button.

What do I do now?

The website should be working, I would suggest trying another browser just in case.

I think the online shop team handle the unlock queries. A popular phone came out today so I expect they'll be quite busy.
