Well, I'm finally online with Xnet, using an AM300 + WRP400 Router.
Internet is working, and I have a dial tone on my phone plugged into the WRP400. However, calls do not connect, nor can I call my VFX number.
So I am up to the part in the instructions that says: "Please enter the following link in the profile rule under the provisioning section of your Linksys device"
I am on hold with Xnet again and have been on hold for 30mins for the second time (not the greatest start, I got straight through at about 6pm!) so I'm gonna ask you lot.
Where do I find this "provisioning section" on the WRP400? I assume it's under the "Voice" top menu of the web interface. The trouble with this is, when ever I click on this "Voice" link, I get the popup asking for a username and password. I try enter the same username and password to login to the interface in the first place, but no go.
I don't recall touching this section or any settings other than the time when I logged in the first time, but I did try to reset the router to factory and start over. But this comes up with a screen asking "Please enter the password provided by service provider:", which I have no idea, and I'm worried about makings things worse.
Any ideas on the login issue, and even if I am on the right track to get my phone working?
