I am on fusion and have shifted into this house a month ago. Two days ago my adsl signal had dropped for a third time. I phoned WxC and asked WxC to log a fault with the Telecom exchange. I also asked WxC to pass on a message to Telecom saying my line had dropped three times in the past month. To cut a short story even shorter, the next day a Telecom guy was knocking on my door, testing the line and then replacing faulty wiring. Now my connection has trebled and I am smiling ear to ear!
