and I can't logon to online services now to check my balance either ..
I hope they get these problems sorted before the 1st August, when they claim we will be able to do everything via there self support systems.
cafeg: You can call 777 from your mobile and get your balance from the automated menus also ..
I just did it that way to get my balance ..
You can, but it is not a permanent record, and not as convienent.You also can by going online, but not very convienent. I guess they will end up charging for the BAL to 777 function eventually too.
