Strange as it's working just fine from here using Slingshot Fibre in Auckland. Are you sure everything is working fine on your end? Or perhaps there's some sort of routing issues from your RSP (Spark mobile?) to the hosting provider for gis.geek.nz.

Same error here (can't establish secure connection) on my home connection (Mynxnet/Devoli).

gis.geek.nz looks to be TLS 1.3 only (link)

It's TLSv1.2 and TLSv1.3.

*edit*

It doesn't have to be, but any browser released in the last ~five years supports tls1.2: https://caniuse.com/#feat=tls1-2? This is the recommended intermediate configuration from the Mozilla SSL configuration generator.

What browsers are you using where you can't access it? Or are you using an proxy that potentially doesn't support TLSv.1.2? Would like to know what the situation is before just changing the config as will be dealing with user registration shortly.

I'm on Safari 13.0.4 (on desktop). No proxies that I'm aware of.

Edit: According to https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/viewMyClient.html, I can use TLS 1.2 but not 1.3.

Looks like the tls1.2 configuration isn't being respected at a subhost level... I have other sites that are tls1.3 only. I'll sort (probably not at 5:30pm on NYE tho sorry...)
