Hi, I followed the tutorial on how to set up the HG659 as an ata a while ago on geekzone.

Problem is that yesterday I upgraded to FibreX (Fibre optic) from HFC and the chorus technician reset my router, now when I followed the tutorial again it seems to work when I call other people from my landline perfectly but whenever I receive a call the person who initiated the call can't seem to hear me although I can hear them, I've reset the HG659 multiple time and followed the process and can't seem to get it to work.

Current network config

Chorus 300 series ONT >> Asus RT-AC5300 >> Vodafone HG659 (only used for VOIP landline)

Sounds like a double NAT problem

How would I go about fixing that? As I've been trying to get this to work for the past 6 hours

Hi a quick Google search finds it as a nat pass through option in advanced settings in wan settings, not in front of a pc currently to help further.
