Argh. Phone security. My father's iPhone is signed out of it's Apple ID. He can't remember the password. I had set up two factor, but used my own phone number (on Android) as the two factor number. When I attempt to reset it, I suspect it tries to send an Apple message to my phone instead of his.

Can you access via a Mac desktop or laptop?

Yeah I was able to sort it. I was trying initially on a desktop, but it wouldn't send the two factor message. Perhaps there is a delay. I was able to do it from his phone. I've changed the two factor number to his own, and changed the password and noted it. Seems every time I visit them, iPad is full, iPhones are full....

the neighbour's son who plays basketball at 1.30 in the morning under the street lights , and then abuses you when you tell him if he wouldnt mind not doing it. You wouldnt think a bouncing ball is annoying until you are just lying in bed listening to it .

Common sense is not as common as you think.

Actually I'm staying at my parent's place and the same thing is happening next door. Albeit during the day which is fine, but it's remarkable how far through the house I can hear it.

I was getting an error using Blue Mail on my Android phone. The error message appeared on screen for less than 3 seconds...! It was nigh on impossible to read it all and memorise it in such a short space of time!

SUV drivers who wont pull over or use the slow vehicle lane to let me pass in the twisties.

I know you can do 130kph on the straights you muppet, it's the 50kph you have to do around every corner I can do at 80kph that's the issue.

I feel your pain. I basically set the cruise control for an indicated 105kmh, have people overtake in passing lanes only to back off and I have to turn the cruise control off!

Automatic opening doors that don't open fast enough, or the trigger distance is too close to the door.

I tend not to slow down for automatic doors, most of them open quick enough, but have been caught out by the occasional auto door that doesnt open quick enough - and walk head first into them. I have a thick skull, so not too worried about myself, just the clang / bang the door makes ...

I get mildly annoyed with some of these too. They are more annoying when you need to press a button to operate one after its automatic hours. Often the senso doesn't kick in to open it after its activated, and you have to step backwards.

One reason for slow opening doors, is to slow criminals hoping to make a quick getaway. This especially applies to those with red/yellow/green height indicators on the doors, helping witnesses gauge the height of someone waiting for the door to open.

If you'll forgive me for saying... If your geekzone avatar is a true representation then I think the effect of repeated faceplants into closed glass doors may be visible.

When it comes to doors it's elevator doors that close too quickly that annoys and hurts me. The other is revolving doors they are evil and scary.

Here is a crazy notion, lets give peace a chance.

At work, we have an internal wiki. Its address is http://wiki. When you enter "wiki" into a browser there seems to be a 50:50 chance of it either going to the page, or doing a Google search for it. If it was consistent then it'd be less aggravating!
